Can I stack discounts or use a discount with a sale?

If you have received multiple discount codes or are trying to use a discount during a sale, we will honor the deeper of the two discounts. We do not stack discounts and discount codes can not be used on sale items or items in a set.

I recently placed an order, will this promotion apply to my order?

We generally honor Moment product promotions for anyone who purchased within the past 7 days. If that applies to your order, simply send us an email and we will apply a credit to your order for the price difference. 

Free Shipping

Placing a discount code on your order may disqualify your order for free shipping. The order total has to be above the free shipping threshold to qualify.
