What to do if something is wrong with my order?

It's super frustrating when an order doesn't arrive correctly or is damaged so thank you in advance for your patience. We are eager to resolve it and get you your new gear!


Please note that all claims must be submitted within 72 hours of your delivery scan to qualify for our claims process.


Something is missing from my order.

To help resolve the issue can you please provide the following:

  • A picture of the invoice in the box.
  • A picture of the shipping box (we're looking for damage).
  • A picture of the items that came in the box.

From this, we can get you the missing items asap and file a claim with our 3PL to figure out why the item was not included.

My package came damaged.

We are sorry to hear you received your products in an unacceptable condition. Please contact us through the link below and include photos of how the box arrived and of your products. From there we can help to file a claim and work on getting replacements sent out. 

The wrong item was sent. 

To help resolve the issue can you please provide the following:

  • A picture of the invoice in the box.
  • A picture of the incorrectly sent items

From this, we can get you the replacement items asap and file a claim with our 3PL to figure out why the correct item was not included. Thank you for your kind understanding and for bringing this up to our attention.

I ordered the wrong thing.

No worries, we totally get it! We have two options for you depending on your shipping address: 

1. If International - a discount Shipping back to the US can be super expensive so an alternative option is to make you a coupon code for 20% off your next order. In total this could be cheaper than sending back and re-ordering. Please contact us with your order number and briefly describe the issue.
