When can I expect my order?

The processing time for your order depends on several things: the type of order, whether your order is in stock, and when you place it.

FedEx Express 2 Business Days (not available for Alaska and Hawaii)
FedEx Next-Day 1 Business Day (not available for Alaska and Hawaii)
CANADA
Standard Ground 5-7 Business Days
Canada Express 3-5 Business Days
INTERNATIONAL
Ground 4-10 Business Days

International Delivery Times: Orders typically take 4-10 business days to reach international destinations, but can sometimes take as long as 3-4 weeks.


Do you have any shipping 
guarantees?

We're so sorry, but we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive by a specific date. When customers have a tight deadline, especially one that is coming soon, we always suggest order well in advance because we do not guarantee orders arrive by a certain date.


I chose expedited shipping, will it ship today?

Orders are shipped daily Monday – Friday. If you placed an order before the shipping deadline –  12:30pm EST for orders to the United States and Canada, and 5:00 EST for orders to other countries – it will be processed the same day. Any orders placed after these timeframes will be processed the next business day, which adds one business day to the estimated arrival.


Why hasn't my Pre-Order shipped?

If you have a pre-order item in your order, the whole order will ship as soon as the pre-order item gets in stock. We aim to ship pre-orders as soon as possible, and in some cases, we are able to ship  before the estimated ship date and get orders out faster. However, due to the nature of launching a new product, some delays may occur with manufacturing. 


Why is my order Back-Ordered?

If you have a back-order item in your order, the whole order will ship as soon as the back-order item gets in stock. Backorders are shipped on a first come first serve basis. For more information on specific products and ship dates, refer to this article


Can I split my Pre-Order or Back-Order to ship sooner?

If you'd like, we can remove and refund the pre-ordered item manually, then you can feel free to place another order with the removed items at your earliest convenience. If you'd like to move forward with this option,  contact us


What does the term "business days" mean?

Business days means working days, Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count as a shipping day.
