How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The processing time for your order depends on several things: the type of order, whether your order is in stock, and when you place it. If you wish to add an item to your order, cancel, or modify it in any way, you must reach out to us on the same day your order was processed before 3 pm EST. What is your holiday return and gift exchange policy?

Do you offer gift messages?
Unfortunately, we're unable to add personalized gift messages to any order at this time. However, the packing slip inside of the parcel will not contain any pricing information so you can send your gift with reassurance.
