Third Party Products: I need help
I'm having issues with my 3rd party product, what do I do?
If you are having any product quality issues with your 3rd party product please reach out to that brand directly for any customer support. If they are not able to fix the issue then they should be able to offer you an exchange.
If you are having issues or do not want to exchange through them, then please contact us and provide description of the issue, any photos/video that are relevant, and order number, and we will be happy to help facilitate a return for the product, but we do not do exchanges.
