How fast is free shipping?

Due to current circumstances, it is our highest priority to do our part to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Our shipping partner and fulfillment center, FedEx, are working diligently to follow best practices and protocols to ensure your gear is delivered safely while COVID-19 is in effect. We offer free ground and standard shipping worldwide on orders over $35 and delivered within 2-3 days for 90% of orders. Some locations do not qualify for free shipping and some orders can take up to 5 days for delivery. To learn more about countries that do not qualify for free shipping, click here

Free Global Shipping

Orders are shipped daily Monday – Friday. Orders placed before the shipping deadline ship out the same day you order before 12 pm PST for all orders. Any orders placed after these timeframes will be processed the next business day, which adds one business day to the estimated arrival.

What does free returns mean?

We care about the way things are made and we love what we have created at Moment. We think you’ll love it too. However, we know things aren’t always meant to be. We do not charge any additional fees for returns or exchanges. 

What does the term business days mean?

Business days means working days, Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and postal holidays do not count as a shipping day.

What if I need to change my delivery address after it has already shipped?

If for any reason you need to change your delivery address after your order has been dispatched you can do this easily by creating an account through FedEx's Delivery Manager service. Click here to sign up. *Please note that there may be additional fees for requesting a change of address. You can always request your order be held at a FedEx location for no additional charge. 

Can I request a hold for pickup on my parcel?

Yes! This service is completely free if you sign up for FedEx's Delivery Manager. Click here to sign up and request a hold for your parcel.
