Free Shipping

We offer free ground and standard shipping worldwide on orders over $98 in the US and free on orders over $198 internationally. Most shipments are delivered within 2-3 days for over 90% of orders on average. Certain locations and items do not qualify for free shipping, and certain oversize items like backpacks may require an additional shipping charge. All shipping timelines are estimates and while over 90% of orders arrive on time, it does depend on location and customs clearance timeframes. Parcels shipped with express ship methods may take longer than the projected timeline displayed during checkout to arrive due to high shipment volume in relation to COVID-19 and cannot be guaranteed. Any express delays will not be eligible for a refund at this time. Due to current circumstances, it is our highest priority to do our part to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Free Global Shipping

Orders are shipped daily Monday – Friday. Orders placed before the shipping deadline ship out the same day you order before 12 pm PST for all orders. Any orders placed after these timeframes will be processed the next business day, which adds one business day to the estimated arrival. 

Some countries do not qualify for free shipping, and certain oversize items like backpacks also do not qualify for free shipping. See our full list of supported countries and which qualify for free shipping here.

What does the term business days mean?

Business days mean working days, Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and postal holidays do not count as a shipping day.

What if I need to change my delivery address after it has already shipped?

If for any reason you need to change your delivery address after your order has been dispatched you can do this easily by creating an account through FedEx's Delivery Manager service. Click here to sign up. *Please note that there may be additional fees for requesting a change of address. You can always request your order be held at a FedEx location for no additional charge. 

Can I request a hold for pickup on my parcel?

Yes! This service is completely free if you sign up for FedEx's Delivery Manager. Click here to sign up and request a hold for your parcel.
