How do I log in to my account?
If you're having trouble logging in to your account, it may mean that your account is 'dormant,' which is why when you try to log in and click the ‘forgot password’ key your email address is not recognized. To activate your account, please follow these instructions:
1. Visit www.shopmoment.com.
2. Click “Log In” in the upper right hand corner.
3. On the left hand side of the page, click “Create An Account”.
4. Use the same email address you’ve placed your previous orders with, and enter the password of your choice for the account.
Once you are logged in, your account is created and all of your previous order data that is linked to your account will populate so that order history and such is all up to date.
