When I cancel my Extend plan, how much money do I get back?

For both Extended and ADH warranty plans, you will receive a full refund on your coverage as long as the product is returned within our 30-day return window. If you wish to cancel your Extended or ADH warranty, you must contact our team at hello@shopmoment.com and you will receive a prorated refund based on the usage of your warranty so long as the warranty has not expired.
