How many times can I use the Extend + Moment ADH Protection Plan?

As part of the Extend + Moment ADH Protection Plan, you will either get your gear repaired or you will get a single replacement of a like or comparable product should it become defective. This will be up to Extend’s discretion and the damage that occurred to your gear. Please keep in mind that if you do receive a replacement under ADH and would like coverage on the replacement item it must be purchased additionally as the ADH Protection Plan is not transferable.
