Shipping Estimates

For in-stock items, Expected Delivery Dates are provided for each shipping option during checkout. Expected delivery dates are estimates. Orders may be delayed due to verification protocols, weather, customs delays, or the time of order placement. Stock exceptions cannot be held to expected delivery dates. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. These dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination and the items ordered.


Saturday and Sunday Shipping

Orders are shipped daily Monday - Friday. Your order will be packed and prepared but will not ship out until the following Monday. 


Delivery Estimates for Stock Exceptions

We do our best to get items in stock as quickly as possible. Some items on our website due to manufacturing and shipping delays are not regularly stocked or available. Availability for these items may show as More On the Way, Pre-Order, or Back-Ordered. As soon as we receive stock of a stock exception product, we process orders based on the date it was received. You may check on your order status at any time here by entering your e-mail and order number. You may also reach us directly at hello@shopmoment.com


Orders placed over weekends/holiday

We generally pack orders Monday-Friday. However, orders packed on Sundays or legal holidays do not ship until the following business day.* If you receive an email on a Sunday or legal holiday indicating that your order has shipped, please be aware that your order will ship the next business day.

*Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.


Freight / Shipping Forwarding Services

We're very sorry to hear about your shipment issue. We're also unable to confirm whether or not it was received by the forwarding service which also makes it difficult to file claims with our carrier. Once the package has been tendered over to the forwarding provider, it is the responsibility of the recipient, to coordinate with them directly on updates regarding your package which includes any delays or loss.
