Do you accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal?

We accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. PayPal integration has been pushed back due to other exciting features. Hang in there!

Having issues with your digital wallet during checkout? Let's see if we can help with these quick troubleshooting tips!

Desktop

In order for your digital wallets to populate on either Google Chrome (for Google Pay) or Safari (for Apple Pay) you first have to make sure that your credit card payments are toggled on. 


Google Chrome

  • Go into your Preferences on your Chrome browser
  • Select Autofill from the left-hand-side menu and then click Payment Methods
  • Make sure you have the following toggled on: 

If you are having difficulty with your address showing as invalid, you can edit your address in your Chrome Preferences:

  • Select Autofill and then select Addresses and More
  • Click on the three dots next to your preferred address and ensure that all fields are filled out correctly, that any special characters are removed and replaced with their romanized equivalent

Safari

  • Go into your Preferences on your Safari browser
  • Select Autofill from the pop-up window
  • Make sure you have the Credit Cards toggled on
  • You can also add/remove or even edit your payment methods here

If you are having difficulty with your address showing as invalid, you can edit your address in your Apple Pay pop-up window:

  • When the Apple Pay pop-up appears on your screen, you may re-enter your address by selecting Enter new shipping address
  • Make sure you do not have any special characters in your address. You will need to use the romanized equivalent in order for it to be accepted by our carriers system
  • Ensure that you are also entering your address in the Address Line 1 field. Leaving this field blank may also result in an error.


Mobile

Google Chrome

  • Open the browser on your mobile device
  • Select the three dots from the bottom right:

  • Scroll down to Payment Methods and Addresses and More- ensure these are both turned on
  • Click on Addresses and More. Ensure that your address does not contain any special characters. Replace any special characters with the romanized equivalent. Also make sure that your address starts on Address Line 1 and not Line 2, this could also cause you to encounter an error

  • Once you have toggled both options on -- go back and click on your Google Avatar on the top right
  • Click on Manage your Google Account

  • Scroll to the right on the top menu until you find Payment & subscriptions

  • Click on Manage Payment Methods

  • From here, you can add/remove or even edit your payment methods and the address associated to them

  • Ensure that your address does not contain any special characters. Replace any special characters with the romanized equivalent. Also make sure that your address starts on Address Line 1 and not Line 2, this could also cause you to encounter an error

Apple Wallet

  • On your iOS device, Go to your Settings 
  • Click on Wallet & Apple Pay

  • Ensure that your Apple Cash is turned on

  • Also, make sure to click your Shipping Address
  • Ensure that your address does not contain any special characters. Replace any special characters with the romanized equivalent. Also make sure that your address starts on Address Line 1 and not Line 2, this could also cause you to encounter an error

If you need to, you can edit or add your existing payment cards
