When will my pre-order or backorder ship?

Please keep in mind that most brands are having stock issues due to COVID-19 and backorder dates below are updated to the best of our ability, but may change based on shipping and production delays. We and our partners are working to get your order shipped as quickly as safely possible while following best practices and protocols to ensure your gear is delivered safely while COVID-19 is ongoing. When will my Preorder ship?

We aim to ship pre-orders as soon as possible, and in some cases, we are able to ship before the estimated ship date and get orders out faster. However, due to the nature of launching a new product, some delays may occur with manufacturing. Please note that pre-orders are shipped on a first come first serve basis so the sooner you get the order in the sooner your order will ship. Keep in mind that your order will not ship until all items (including your pre-order) are in stock. 

When will my Backorder ship?

Backorder restock dates are usually updated on the product page, checkout page and on your shipping invoice sent via email after the order has been placed. If there are further delays, updates will be sent to those affected. Please note that back-orders are shipped on a first come first serve basis so the sooner you get the order in the sooner your order will ship. Keep in mind that your order will not ship until all items (including your backorder product) are in stock.
