Can I change my order?

My order hasn't shipped yet, can I add or remove items from my order?

You may add or remove items for your order by emailing our support team using the contact link below. If you are adding items, please specify the exact product (including color and device type) and give us your authorization to charge the additional payment to your card.  


My order hasn't shipped yet, can I change my shipping country?

We can't change an order to ship from one country to another because of differences in shipping and import taxes. The best option is to cancel your existing order and place a new order. Please refer to the article "Can I cancel my order?"
