Can I change/cancel my order?
In an attempt to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible, we may be unable to make any change or cancelation requests.
In some cases, we may be able to honor your request but it is not guaranteed. Please make sure to include the keywords CHANGE or CANCEL in your subject line.
If we're unable to cancel or change your order in time and it has shipped to you, you may request your order be held for pickup by the carrier, contact the carrier to initiate a return to sender, or you may return the unnecessary package using our return process here.
