Travel - Cancelling Your Trip

Moment Travel is a marketplace for creators to run their own trips. Moment Travel is just the travel agent, therefore the cancellation policy is trip specific and listed on the trip you booked. 

I Want To Cancel

Each trip has its own cancellation policy including timing for when you need to cancel in order to receive a refund. Each trip page also includes any non-refundable deposits. To find the cancellation policy for your specific trip please visit Moment Travel, find your trip, and see the Refund Policy.

My Trip Was Cancelled

Creators may cancel a trip prior to the start date for reasons including (but not limited to) insufficient participation, weather conditions, or other instances that may impede trip operations. In this case, you will receive a refund for funds paid towards the trip costs that have not been advanced to the supplier. If funds have been advanced to a supplier, we will do everything we can to get those payments back and refunded to you. You will not receive any payment for any hotels, flights, or transportation booked before or after the trip.
