When will my order arrive?
The processing time for your order depends on several things: the type of order, whether your order is in stock, and when you place it. If you wish to add an item to your order, cancel, or modify it in any way, you must reach out to us on the same day your order was processed before 3 pm EST. Parcels shipped with express ship methods may take longer than the projected timeline displayed during checkout to arrive due to high shipment volume in relation to COVID-19 and cannot be guaranteed. Any express delays will not be eligible for a refund at this time. Due to current circumstances, it is our highest priority to do our part to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Our shipping partner and fulfillment center, FedEx, are working diligently to follow best practices and protocols to ensure your gear is delivered safely while COVID-19 is in effect. Order Processing Times
Orders are shipped daily Monday – Friday (with the exception of US Holiday Dates). Orders may take up to 48 hours to process and receive tracking.
All express overnight shipments are processed Monday-Friday before 3 p.m. EST. Any express overnight orders placed after this timeframe or during a holiday will be processed the next business day, which adds one business day to the estimated arrival.
Shipping estimates displayed on product pages and checkout are estimations based on location but are not guaranteed. If you need your order by a certain date, we always recommend choosing the fastest shipping method and at least 3-5 business days before your need-by date to allow for any unforeseen delays or delivery disruptions.
Domestic - We have a few warehouses across the USA, including our very own based out of Woodinville, WA. Depending on the available stock at each warehouse, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. All open box orders and film orders are shipped from our Woodinville warehouse.
International -We currently only have one warehouse that services our international shipments. All international-bound shipments are shipped from our FedEx facility in Fontana, CA. All stock must be available at this facility to fulfill your order. Your order may be held in Maintenance until all stock becomes available. We typically receive stock every 1-2 weeks but it's generally much faster than that. For more info, read our international shipping page here.
Refused or Returned Deliveries
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or marked as undeliverable, the order will be refunded to you less the original shipping costs. Moment reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
*Please keep in mind that original shipping costs and import duties/taxes are non-refundable for international shipments.
Change of Address
If for any reason you need to change your delivery address after your order has been dispatched you can do this easily by creating an account through FedEx's Delivery Manager service. Click here to sign up. *Please note that there may be additional fees for requesting a change of address. You can always request your order be held at a FedEx location for no additional charge.
Request Parcel Hold or Pickup
Yes! This service is completely free if you sign up for FedEx's Delivery Manager. Click here to sign up and request a hold for your parcel.
Business days mean working days, Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count as shipping days.
Unfortunately, we're unable to add personalized gift messages to any order at this time. However, the packing slip inside of the parcel will not contain any pricing information so you can send your gift with reassurance.
